I appreciate the support and resources ClinicSense provides. So far, I've found the system to be user-friendly, especially with managing bookings, client records, and SOAP notes, and invoicing. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I look forward to continuing using ClinicSense.

I can't afford to hire an office manager to handle everything that Clinicsense offers. So for me, it just made sense to use software that handles all of the paperwork for me. It saves me so much time and hassle. Why would anyone in business for themselves not use Clinicsense?

I love how easy it is for clients to have appointment times that suit them without the back and forth between missed calls and emails. And the e-mail reminders are great!

I love the upgrades ClinicSense has made. I don’t need to use many of them these days because I’m busy enough enough, but if I still have my big office, I think ClinicSense would be the best software to go with.

Was there something specific that I liked about ClinicSense? Well.... try EVERYTHING!! From the ease of learning the program, to having a complete file of client info available, having clients love the reminders, birthdays campaigns, and an itemized receipt. I would say that just about covers it for me. Not liking change but having to make a change to a new program was a huge step for me. I rather work on people instead of computers but your program helped out this 67 year old man to be comfortable with now doing both!! Congratulations for having a superior easy to work on program, you will have me as a client until I cannot work anymore, and I still have a lot of life left in these hands!!

I’ve been running paperless for over a year now at the spa I work at so when I decided to go out on my own it was a no brainer. It’s made life and charting so much easier, we struggled with storage space for paper files when I first started at the spa so I was able to convince my boss to make the switch just from that perspective. I love the convenience of having everything all in one space, how quick it is to complete charting, and that you can pre-fill out portions (like techniques that you know you’re going to be using), save it and then come back after the session to fill in the remainder of information.

The platform is well thought out for me as a practitioner. ClinicSense’s Help Center is so organized. Love the step by step pictorials.

The video training for set up is super helpful and very easy. I also love all the options available as far as marketing goes and another perk is the marketing idea that ClinicSense staff send us.

We've been in practice for 25 years and only just switched away from pen and paper. We were afraid to lose control of our schedule but it was easy to manage that. The online notes are quick and the "duplicate" button is a game changer. No more pulling files, organizing them and putting them away. Now they are just away. I don't have to buy custom receipt books anymore or even write them out. I wouldn't say there are no more no shows but now it is easier to charge the no show fee because they have confirmed their app't. The entire office work of booking, charting, billing, all of it now takes a grand total of 3 mins and we have more free time and way less stress.

ClinicSense has many attributes that other massage softwares do not offer. I like the ease of use and the customer service the best!

I like the soap notes in all their varieties, I like that I can add my own form, I like the prepay feature to secure appointments, and I love, love, love the great customer service! I have already recommended ClinicSense to several of my friends.
